I've been coding quite a lot lately, and the development of JCollection is progressing nicely. Almost all new features (and bug fixes) are ready, now everything has to be polished and a few plugins need to be added. The estimate for JCollection 0.9.24 is in 2-4 weeks. The further development plan is to get to a stable 1.x version relatively soon.
The highlights of the new version:
- import and export functionality is moved to plugins and it is now possible to import/export larger collections
- webservices are also moved to plugins
- control center and simplified backend
- improved usability of the frontend and the backend
