Finally, the release candidate 1 (version 0.10.0rc1) of JCollection is ready for download on the JCollection homepage. Go ahead and try it! The translations (English/German) are more or less complete, there are a number of new plugins for all sorts of webservices, and a lot of improvements. Don't forget to get back to the JCollection forums and let me know if you like it or if you have found any bugs!
Please note that the documentation is somewhat outdated, new manuals and tutorials will be released. Meanwhile, have a look at the first two JCollection screencasts.

the eBay plugin that is shipped with JCollection seems to be buggy, and for using the Amazon webservice you'll need to set up an Amazon account to access the API. I have planned some video tutorials on this issue, just didn't have the time to actually do it so far.
